Feature: Interview Companion in-meeting opt-out
When the Interview Companion joins a recorded video interview, it posts one message in the meeting chat: “This interview is being recorded. The candidate can review recording preferences here: [link]”
What you’ll notice
• The sentence is the same on Meet, Zoom, and Teams. It names the candidate, so interviewers aren’t told the link is theirs.
• No notice if the interview isn’t being recorded, or if the candidate already refused.
• If the candidate refuses during the meeting, the companion leaves and that recording is discarded. Notes and recordings aren’t produced.
Feature: New scheduling request status - completed
We now have a new confirmation status on scheduling request. Once every interview on a request occurs, the request moves to Completed and archives - same as before, just with a clearer status.
What you’ll notice
• When all interviews have occurred for a scheduling request, they now have a "Completed" status.
• Completed scheduling requests will be automatically archived.
• Marking a request Completed yourself archives it too.
• If any interview is still unscheduled, the request stays active.
